You can use the plate in the over placing on a tripod or on others.
In the first time use a small amount of carbon red hot until the plate is well heroes then add slowly more
small coals until you get the right temp.
If you use a BarBq whit wood be
very carefull to put the plate at the
center only after you have heated a part of the stove.
If you use a gas store your plate dosent have quick changes of temperature at this point you can carefully put your piadina on the plate.
ADVISE
The new plate shuld be heated
then put a bit of crusca wich you
brush off when has a brown (not burnt)color.
This is only the first use,after cooking the must cool whitout moving.
The plate never is to be washed whit
water or detergents of any tipe.
To clean wipe with the broom ,put
away in vertical position a little inclined.
